StorySpace Live by LFVC

StorySpace Live is the immersive experience arm of LF Voices Collective. We create multi-sensory, place-based storytelling events that center people, culture, and truth.

Where stories come alive —

through experience, memory and connection.

What Is StorySpace Live?

StorySpace Live is where narrative becomes an experience. From live storytelling salons and oral history dinners to photo exhibits, panel conversations, and sensory installations, these gatherings are designed to spark reflection, deepen understanding, and build community.

Whether rooted in journalism, history, or personal memory, every StorySpace Live event is crafted to feel, not just inform. We center underrepresented voices, amplify cultural context, and create moments of shared humanity.

Rooted in Place & People

Every experience is anchored in local narratives, often drawn from oral histories or reporting.

We bring the reporting to life—and invite audiences into the story.

Built for Connection

Whether intimate or large-scale, every experience is designed for real-time community engagement.

The Model in Action

View Past Projects Powered by This Unique Model:

All-Inclusive Projects

LF Voices Collective was contracted by Shape Up Mississippi to produce Vicksburg Voices, a storytelling initiative designed to amplify the experiences and narratives of the Vicksburg community. Through this ongoing project, LFVC led content creation and event production that highlighted the richness of Vicksburg’s cultural heritage.

Pop-Up Exhibits

LFVC designs and produces pop-up exhibits at the Catfish Row Museum. Celebrating the life and legacy of Patrick Kelly, an iconic fashion designer from Vicksburg, this exhibit combined storytelling, visuals, and curated artifacts to highlight Kelly’s cultural impact and inspire pride in local history.

Community Programs

LFVC has also developed storytelling programming for the Catfish Row Museum, including the Food for Thought series. These engaging events combine local narratives, cultural themes, and community dialogue, creating spaces where participants can share stories, celebrate heritage, and foster meaningful connections around shared experiences.

Let’s Create a Space for Story!

Stories connect us—and connection creates change.
StorySpace Live brings those stories to life through collective experience. We work with partners across the South and beyond to create moments that resonate, remember, and move us forward.
